Our Pregnancy and Birth Prep Program was designed to provide extensive education to support you through pregnancy to early postpartum. Our goal is for you to have a comfortable pregnancy, feel empowered in the birth process, reduce risk of birth related injury and feel supported in the postpartum period.

What Our Program Includes

Our 3 session package includes all one- on- one sessions, detailed handouts, and a tailored exercise program to fit your needs while utilizing evidence based resources:

Visit One: Exercise in Pregnancy

  • Comprehensive education on exercise guidelines during pregnancy
  • Pelvic floor and core connection
  • A tailored exercise program that will provide support, strength and optimize mobility
  • Safe exercise/appropriate modifications for staying active

Visit Three: Early Postpartum Recovery

  • Educational tips for vaginal and cesarean recovery
  • Initial movements for your first 6 weeks postpartum
  • Body mechanics training to prepare for carrying, lifting and feeding your newborn

Visit Two: Labor and Birth (with birth partner)

  • Birthing positions and push practice to reduce birth related injury
  • How to open the pelvis for birth
  • Pain management techniques with partner support
  • C Section Education
  • Perineal massage
  • Questions to ask your birth provider for labor
  • Stretches to labor prep

Bonus: Postpartum Check-In

  • You will receive a call from your therapist in the initial weeks postpartum to check in and
    provide pelvic health guidance on your recovery.
